Recently moved out of here. Wonderful people. Never really had any complaints, just an overall pleasant experience. My neighbor's were always respectful. I lived downstairs in a one bedroom. My only complaint was the rent going up and being a college student I was never going to live here for an extended period of time. It was always nice to live close to the college. All in all great experience 5stars!!!

Lived here a very long time. I think the whole concept of having a golf course and no rules near a place where poor and disabled people live does not work well. The managers have fear and no communication skills. I hope I can move soon if things are not resolved.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying away from this place, Cynthia and Natasha are by far the rudest ladies I have ever encountered. They can never just have a decent polite conversation. They feel so bothered when you go into the office and ask a question. I am so sorry that your life is that miserable to where you have to take it out on others. Please if you can avoid this apartment complex at all cost PLEASE DO SO!! They only want to "Patch" things and not fix the stuff that needs to be done! for $800 a month it would be nice to have updated appliances and not a stove from 1970's that burn everything. I am forever thankful that i am MOVING OUT! to the next resident GOOD LUCK, and may the odds forever be in your favor. To Cynthia and Natasha, I pray that one day your heart will soften, and you will show compassion to others and that you find it in your heart to be nicer to people you come in contact with.

We lived here for three years. We left this July. First and foremost, you’re charged for carpet replacement if you leave before 5 years. They don’t put that in your lease. You will be required to pay for the replacement. The manager claims the carpet is changed in between every tenant anyways. They will double charge you for any and all cleaning that should be done in between tenants moving out. If you don’t clean it in an absolutely professional manner, you will be double charged. They charged us for stains in a toilet and bathtub that were already stained prior to us moving in. The parking situation is horrible and they do t care about it. Everyone parks in handicaps and in handicap cross-hatches. When you report it they don’t do anything. The ceiling and walls are paper thin. I could hear a phone vibrate on a table in the apartment above our unit. If you are able to move to any other location, I would recommend you do so, this property is not one to call home about. I would move on and find somewhere else.

These are 5-star apartments “for the price.” The maintenance guy is nice and does his best, at the time it seemed like the one older guy was the only maintenance for the whole place. But the neighborhood is not that bad overall, I would say it's better than some but it's not great. If you can mind your own business, not draw attention, and make friends with a neighbor then you'll be fine. But if you are not used to living cheap then you definitely won't like it. Also at the time, no units had full size laundry, they all only had half size washers and dryers. I tried to move back and that's the only thing that stopped me lol. Otherwise they were fine.
