Recently moved out of here. Wonderful people. Never really had any complaints, just an overall pleasant experience. My neighbor's were always respectful. I lived downstairs in a one bedroom. My only complaint was the rent going up and being a college student I was never going to live here for an extended period of time. It was always nice to live close to the college. All in all great experience 5stars!!!

Lived here a very long time. I think the whole concept of having a golf course and no rules near a place where poor and disabled people live does not work well. The managers have fear and no communication skills. I hope I can move soon if things are not resolved.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying away from this place, Cynthia and Natasha are by far the rudest ladies I have ever encountered. They can never just have a decent polite conversation. They feel so bothered when you go into the office and ask a question. I am so sorry that your life is that miserable to where you have to take it out on others. Please if you can avoid this apartment complex at all cost PLEASE DO SO!! They only want to "Patch" things and not fix the stuff that needs to be done! for $800 a month it would be nice to have updated appliances and not a stove from 1970's that burn everything. I am forever thankful that i am MOVING OUT! to the next resident GOOD LUCK, and may the odds forever be in your favor. To Cynthia and Natasha, I pray that one day your heart will soften, and you will show compassion to others and that you find it in your heart to be nicer to people you come in contact with.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The ladies in the office are very rude, my unit was infested with roaches, the smell was unbearable, nails coming out of the doors, & nothing in the apartment was touched up before moving in. I stayed one night and it was so bad I couldn’t stay there with my kids. They tried to give me a key to one of the models until they fixed the problem but the model had dead roaches, spiders (dead and alive) all in the living room, & centipede in the shower. I got out of the lease thankfully but they would not give me any money back. I do not recommend renting an apartment here unless you’re okay with filth and rude management.

RENTER BEWARE: Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing from them. Do not call the office. Email them. They will lie over the phone to you. You need to make sure you get everything in the form of writing if you want to keep your security deposit. After delaying the move in for a week despite them claiming it would be done on the 1st of July, they sends me the information to set up my utilities at 4:58 pm on a Friday, and then claims that I was the one responsible for not setting up utilities in time for my move-in on Saturday afternoon. They gave me 2 minutes to set up accounts with the utility companies. Not a great way to start my rental lease with them. EDIT: After a 6 month rental agreement, they lied to me over the phone about when I needed to give a notice to vacate in order to keep my security deposit.
