I've been here a few months. When I first moved in, everything was quiet and the neighbors were great. 4 months later and EVERY thing has changed other than how nice the ladies are in the office. My neighbor below me has to be every bit of 70 and all of a sudden I'm being forced to hear her fake moan and it sounds so disgusting. For about the past 2 months I've been seeing the maintenance man and some chick going into an vacant apartment at all times of the day and night(DEFINITELY WHEN THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED) and as I walk my dog, you can hear them having loud and fake sex in the vacant apartment that I'm 100% sure they should not be in. If I could hear it from outside, I know the apartment below and behind them could hear it even worse. When I walk my dog, I have enough sense and common courtesy to know that I should pick up after my dog, so I do BUT I DO BELIEVE I AM THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS A PET IN THE COMPLEX THAT ACTUALLY DOES THIS. Dog poop is literally everywhere, in the grass, on the sidewalk, on the stairs, just every where and it's obvious that no one else is disgusted by this because there has not been 1 letter on the door or in my email about picking up after your pets. The people across from me were leaving their garbage outside of their door all night until I walked outside and saw it at 4 in the morning and there was a New York sized rat running out of the garbage, I called the office as soon as they opened. After that I checked the balcony for the first time and saw nothing but rat turds along the wall of the apartment. Next up is the parking, each building has 12 apartments, the building across from mine has about 6 to 8 spots available for them to park and they are always forced to either park in front of my building or park further down. Imagine paying $1,000 rent and you can't park where you live. With all of this being said, the ladies in the office are really awesome and they have been that way since I moved in but I've been miserable and waiting for my lease to end so that I can move.

Whatever you do do not rent from this apartment complex, they do not fix anything. My AC has been dripping and all they did was vacuum up the water off the carpet and didn’t even fix it and said that if they were to actually fix it, they would have to replace the whole AC which they won’t do. They also have not changed the drip pans in the stove since I have lived here for a year and a half, my drip pan on my stove has so much buildup that it calls an actual fire. When I moved in, there was mold around each window and they refused to do anything about it when I told them about it and I have two children living in my apartment recently they put a notice on my car to get it towed within two days because my tags were expired and I’m in the process of getting my tags and they told me it would take a week for them to come in and they still told my car after two days and yet there are numerous cars in the driveway that also had the same notice on my car and their tags are not renewed and they did not tell them .

I have been here for a few months. I have been happy with the apartment for what i am paying. I turned on two maintenance request since i have been here and they were both handled ASAP. The first one the came so fast the knock on the door scared me. I really wish i picked a larger apartment but thats on me. I wish i would recomend to anyone. Miles

If I could rate 0 stars I wouldn’t even rate it that. Neighbors leave trash bags on top of trash bags on top of trash bags at their door for WEEKS, fumes the whole apartment complex, starts leaking down where you have to walk under, and bring rats to the complex. I couldn’t even make it a full month at this place. Washer and dryers from the late 1900s that don’t get fixed, just patched up to last you a week, if that. If you’re looking into it, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Have had a mold and mildew issue for the past 2 weeks due to a leak by a neighbor . Maintenance man came in and painted over it, when I showed him what the mold looked like he claimed it was dust even though it obviously was mold. Neighbors leave trash outside their doors for weeks to the point it attracts flies in the entry way and leaves mysterious liquids to dry in this summer heat causing a smell. Rent is cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Can’t wait to move out. STAY AWAY FROM LINDSEY MANAGEMENT
