Communication from management and staff has consistently been dismissive and disrespectful. Transparency? Nonexistent. Mold problem due to poor ventilation in each unit. If you call maintenance per the issue they come with a pinesol and water mixture (they dont have mold cleaning products per some of the staff) or paint over it thus the mold always comes back and the issue is never truly resolved. Parking is trash. But utterly my biggest issue is the staff and their poor communication issues. If Lindsey Management truly cared about their complex they'd reflect on their staffing choices as this isnt a friendly or welcoming community. Any concern you have absolutely wont be heard. In one ear and out the other then comes the condescending response not even related to the issue you were expressing to have. Office staff is the reason I am leaving and will never do business again with Lindsey Management. 1200$/ month for disrespect? No babies, ill go to Elder Company and pay them 1400$ per month. By the way Ariel with Elder Company is AMAZING! The friendliest and most helpful soul. She truly takes customer service to the next level! Id suggest anyone reading this review to look into Elder Company for rentals. Take your business where youll be valued and respected as a tenant. Edit to add: Since moving in with Elder Company in January they've heard every concern ive had. Theyve replaced flooring, appliances, etc. The communication and care for their tenants has been a breathe of fresh air! Still standing on my recommendation to take your business to Elder Company.

Very worst and horrible move out experience. As we went through most of the people's move out experience, we were very cautious to avoid paying extra dollars when we planned to move out. But, you can't escape from this management screw you at the time of moving out. We were cleaning the house for 2 days expecting, we will not get extra cost for Cleaning and others. However we got good amount charged for cleaning. All our cleaning efforts went in vain. The management is very smart in renovating their building with the people staying in. They are renovating all the interiors when poeple move out and charging on them. Ultimately, over the years the apartment will become renovated newly without management spending anything (All dollars spent will be the charges that are put on the people went out :-) :-) ). One sample scenario I am attaching as the Photo. In this photo, you could see the Kitchen counter top is in good shape and nothing to be changed. However, I have been charged $450 for changing the entire Kitchen counter top (This is exactly the way of renovating with new models and new designs). Though I had the maintenance request raised to fix the small scuffs in the counter top (which is not attended properly) they charged huge amount on me. They renovated the bathroom as well in my cost saying ridiculous damages. My suggestion to the people who are looking for the stay is, plan to go with good community paying extra monthly rent. If not, you can look for the individual house rent wherein you will not be charged too much at the time of moving out and you have more convenience with respect to the space and independence. Don't get trapped with this management's renovating process. I am not able to give less than 1 STAR. If I have an option, i would have given less than 1 STAR.

The scenery is beautiful this fall. They maintain this place so well. They have everything from plain apartments to Fancy ones. It is a nice place in a nice location near shopping.

If I could put a 0 star I would. Multiple break ins calls to the office with so little respect. Do not ever call them for anything even maintenance because it will not help. Paying $1,400 is not worth it here. Loud neighbors and they won't do anything but give you even more attitude the office ladies are horrible help.

The front office is deceitful. Upon move out, I was not informed of having to drop my name from the utility and kept receiving bills months after. They refused to reimburse me.
