I've lived here for I believe 5 years now, and I have had such a positive experience! Lindsey gets a bad rep but I think it really depends on the property. Maintenance resolves issues quickly. Most maintenance requests are responded to the same of next day. And next day is usually because the request is put in later in the day. Management has been easy go work with. There have been some times there were some hiccups, but they have been gracefully resolved and I think it had to do more with someone new in the office who is no longer there. The property is maintained. Since I have lived here, the buildings have all been given a fresh coat of paint. The power wash the porches yearly and then repaint them (pretty sure it's yearly, it feels like it). This past year I asked that my cabinets be repainted since they were starting to show some wear and I have no intention of moving anytime soon, and they quickly obliged and took very little time in the apartment to do so. The rent is very reasonable for Bentonville, and it's nicer than all of the even cheaper Lindsey properties down the street. I haven't had any issues with neighbors in all the years I've lived here. People really keep to themselves around here. At least my building has been very quiet despite all the neighbors that have come and go over the years. People are respectful of noise. With such a great experience and rent only going up $50/year (you get the best rate if you sign year leases) I have no intention of moving out in the foreseeable future.

The grounds other than the golf course are hardly maintained. The apartment interior is so dated and worn. Our place was overrun by brown recluse spiders. All the cleaning after moving in and scrubbing everything enough to feel at home. We then moved out and they used our deposit to replace things that were several years past needing it saying we were the ones who caused it? What a scam! We even had a maintenance guy right in front of a manager say wore their place is immaculate. So yeah, that’s my opinion.

I was experiencing a pest issue within the first year of renting out an apartment within this location, it took over a year before they did anything about it. Me and my neighbors have experienced times when the maintenance people go through your personal stuff, even though they're only supposed to inspect deficiencies within the structural integrity of the common areas in a renters apartment. If you're the type that likes the chill renting life, rent from any other possible apartment. Rent from across the street, on the other side of town, anywhere but here.

This place and it's management company is a joke! Do not put a deposit down! They tried to scam me out of my deposit when I didn't even sign a lease or get the apartment. Going to report them to BBB also had to dispute charges with credit card company and credit bureau. Would give zero stars if I could. Also if you dont believe me just looks up the reviews for this place and management company. Company has been reported so many times already.

Absolute dump they make you pay for them not being able to keep up with simple maintenance on their property. The staff has rocks in their head and are incredibly dismissive and have zero sense of urgency when it comes to any and all issues.
