About 8 miles from AZ and Cali border, right off freeway is a large over 1000 sites for RV's and small manufactured homes. This place is crazy maintained. Nothing out of place, bldg's super maintained, clean, pool, restaurant, 9 hole golf course, pickle ball and tennis courts, music at the pool (live). We'll guarded entry and exits, area to unhook toads, they direct you into sites and are very helpful and friendly. Costs are reasonable. Weather in summer can be hot. Date farm nearby with tours and store.

The new office staff could use customer service training instead of being sticklers about everything. They forget we live here. Management will ask us to fill out a form then make up new rules as they please and the manager doesn’t returns calls. I signed a lease because of the prior staff’s amazing customer service. Now I find myself trapped in a lease at a location I can’t use my rented property as desired because management changes the rules without being bothered to have a conversation. This place is no longer a nice place to live.

Went for the Fish on Friday, NOT ALL YOU CAN EAT! If you are Hungry for Fish like I was, I had to order 2 plates, so double the cost.

Low key RV park with many activities on site. Good restaurant also & a golf course.

Great community, great people, great clubhouse, pool and spa. Only negative is the speed limit of 10 mph !
