Had a great time at Ironwood. The course was just my "speed".

Great 9 hole public golf course! Always have a great time.

I was driving by Yuma and decided to stop and get a quick round in. The course was in great shape. Tee boxes were clean and level. The fairways and rough were cut nicely. Greens were in great shape and though they were rolling slow it was only because they had just opened back up from reseeding the course. I’m sure in a week or two they’ll be rolling best. It’s a nine hole course with a mix of narrow and wide fairways. It features one hole with a water hazard and despite there being no bunkers it was a fun course overall. Almost every green has some nice angles and elevation variations to keep the putting interesting.I enjoyed it so much I played the course over again. The nice lady in reception was friendly and polite too which is always a plus. Nice course with opportunities to use your entire golf bag. 100% recommend you make the stop if you’re local or in the area.

Its a great course, especially if your getting started. People are great. The speed is perfect and it gets tricky trying to get over the pond. I enjoy this course.

2024-Nov-Update: Wow! Much improved greens and fairways from winter 2023. Still a 4 star review. This is a great little 9 hole course. Interesting. For me, challenging greens. Not quite as good condythis year, probably due to a lack of income last year because of COVID restrictions.
