It's coming to the end of July and this course is in amazing shape. It was so fun to play this course, and the price is $80. There isn't a course in better shape in Tucson right now. Plenty of water on the course, yes it's hot. So what? Are you going to golf or not?

Course was beautiful, no complaints there. But for the price, the service was severely lacking. No beverage cart present, no starter, nobody at cart return, nobody to clean any clubs or assist with bags (although I rather do it myself). For $190 9 hole round, I expected a little more. Probably won’t return as there are very comparable courses for half the price with double the service.

We Played the Catalina and The sonoran course as our first 2 out of 6 courses in Tucson for our golf trip. My favourite course was the Sonoran because it had amzing views and the condition was top tier, The catalina was the championship course and it was taken care really well of so thats why it has hosted the PGA tour champions recent years. The Practise facilities include a full grass driving range, putting green, and short game area. It was very nice and we used it for both rounds. They offer free range balls too. Great course!

Arrival experience is first class, from attendant who greets you and loads clubs on cart, to covered parking, to beautiful and well stocked golf shop to great range and practice facilities. Unfortunately, it ends there. The actual golf experience is very ordinary. Layout of Catalina course isn’t interesting at all. Signage is terrible (got lost twice). Tee boxes were a little rough and tee markers had been left on the ground beside the tee boxes. Bunkers were in really good condition, as were greens. Would only play again if the price was right; there are many better golf values in the Tucson area.

Not super impressed for the price you pay. Stayed at the resort, dined each night at The Legends restaurant- played 3 rounds of golf and on Day 4 we were behind a corporate scramble tournament - took 3 hours to play nine and we packed it in- only received $113 off of a $403 round and that credit was given reluctantly. Pool bar only opened on the weekend. Rooms were very spacious and overall no complaint. I think the entire resort needs a refresh .
