The first Weiskopf-Morrish collaboration in Arizona, Troon CC helped define the modern desert-golf template. It asks for shaped tee shots to preferred angles and exact yardages into elevated, well-protected greens. The setting under Troon Mountain provides constant drama with rock outcrops framing fairways. Recent refinements have preserved its strategic identity while modernizing playability. Practice facilities are comprehensive, headlined by a well-oriented range.

If you are lucky enough to get offered to play this course, take it because this is one of the top courses in all of Arizona! Immaculate green conditions, thoughtful hole layouts, and scenic views. I've played a lot of courses and this is up there with the best of them.

The greens here are so tight and so dense the putts were effortless. Fantastic venue and the staff was top notch

Beautiful setting, new clubhouse, nice course layout with fairly wide fairways and not a lot of trickery. Friendly members and staff. Private.

We attended a wedding and reception at Troon Country Club. Everything was excellent, from the ceremony on the lawn to drinks and appetizers on the balcony and then dinner and dancing indoors. The staff and food were top notch throughout. And the views! Beautiful surroundings and a stunning sunset.
