The Lakes Golf Course has completely transformed over the past year. The improvements are honestly incredible. The greens are rolling smoother, the fairways are in the best shape I’ve ever seen them, and the overall course conditions just get better every time I come out. You can really tell the team is putting in serious work. The vibe around the property feels different now too—super welcoming staff, organized pace of play, and the whole place just has new life to it. If you haven’t played The Lakes recently, you’re missing out on one of the best comeback stories in Arizona golf. Highly recommend!

Visited this course a while ago with a buddy of mine, was NOT where it is today. Course is looking pure and great practice with your short game and irons. Def give this place a shot if you’re in the area and want a kick back, inexpensive option for a round a golf

I love this course, it's perfect for my skill level (low). Since discovering it 2 years ago it's become my go to. They have made incredible improvements on fairways and ponds. Moving at a reasonable pace I can play the round in less than 3.5 hours. Nice, laid-back, no frills golf. 12/16 Update; Played the course with my sister while she was here visiting. We both loved it. This course gets better each time I play it. Greens and fairways are much improved over last time. Some new signage available. Same laid back, no stress attitude there.

Had a great time golfing on a quiet afternoon on Dec16 .It was the cat's meow as I had a great round and came across a friendly Bobcat on hole 6 who ran in front of my cart. He even stopped for me to take a couple portraits of him. I make a point of stopping at this course every chance I get and I played another round the next day as well. The course was in great shape!

Beautiful course, friendly staff, and a super relaxed atmosphere. The greens are smooth and well-kept, and the layout is fun for all skill levels. Great cheap spot for an easy, enjoyable round!
