I absolutely love this resort park. The neighbors are awesome. We don't feel like we are located in a city. It's quiet and we can actually see stars at night. This place is an absolute gem.

I have lived here four years now. The community is very well kept, all homes made from wood and I have made a lot of friends.

It's been awhile since I looked at property here. My impression was a clean well run facility however it's ruled by a women who watches people come and go from her castle. She called the sales associate at lest 5 times while the associate was taking us around. The monthly fees are way to high, you can't walk your pets on the grounds and I believe you buy the house but rent the lot. WTH?

Nice 55+ community with its own golf course and community center. The streets are a tad narrow so if you want to visit someone and their driveway is full (they're not particularly big) then you may end up blocking the road. Speed bumps and drainage dips are brutal, but that's usually to be expected in a place that will focus on traffic calming as much as a 55+ community does.

“Golfer’s Paradise”. My wife and I have lived year for 8 years. We absolutely love it here. Amenities include newly renovated Frank Lloyd Wright Clubhouse and pool area, 4 new pickleball courts, and our par 29 executive course. Weekly games include men’s league, women’s league, Sat individual handicap medal play, Sun Scramble, and five tournaments per year (Club Championship, Ryder Cup type play, etc). Great community in the midst of Phoenix with a “small town” vibe where people actually get to know hundreds of neighbors through golf, pickleball, community holiday parties, Wed Night Bingo, and recent outdoor Jazz concerts by our new virtuoso jazz Saxophone player that performs off his back porch.
