A Phoenix classic near Camelback Mountain, Arizona CC is a walkable, tree-lined parkland course. Originally reshaped in 1946, it has hosted the Phoenix Open and numerous state events. Greens are subtle and firm, emphasizing angles from the fairway and precise distance control. It remains a pure member's club with a strong golf culture and excellent conditioning. Practice areas include a multi-station range, short-game spaces, and a sizable putting green.

I've only ever been to this location a couple of times, for meetings; so I can't comment on the facilities, etc. but I can say that the food is good, and the building is beautiful.

Had dinner in the main restaurant. Don't know what it's called. It had about a 50 ft ceiling though and is quite nice to look at. Food was excellent, service was fair, prices are crazy! Of course I wasn't paying. I'm not a member. And the members who took me didn't seem to have any problem with the prices. I had the blackened pork chop. It was HUGE and cooked rare like I ordered it. Delicious! And no BS about getting food poisoning. Recommend. Especially since odds are you're not paying!
