I am a Realtor. I have just had 2 listings there with dear friends. I could not be more impressed. The grounds are immaculately kept. The staff at the guard gate always answer the phone and are so friendly when you pull up. Robin in the office is just a delight and a wealth of information about the community.

This is a great place for assisted living. With a community for members 55 and older, this is a major commodity for those looking for a retirement home. I would refer this place to anyone looking to live an active life over the age of 55! The recreational activities look limitless!

What a wonderful place! We visited close friends and they showed us around the amazing property.

This place is a well-oiled machine for 55 plus. Awesome pool area, water aerobics, several activities in which you can partake, billiards, fitness area, a wood shop, golf course, dog park, super friendly people. Security is tight. That is a good thing. You live in your golf cart and if you're lucky, you get free grapefruit, lemons, limes and oranges along the way that people leave curbside from their trees. Always something going on. You can be as involved as you want... Or not. I'm glad my brother lives there and I get to shenanigate with them.

We went for an estate sale and they wouldn't let us in as said estate sale was canceled at the guard. The owner said to let us in and they still wouldn't let us in. She talked to them 3 times, then had to personally pick us up in her own vehicle at Remax parking lot. I have never met such rude inconsiderate guards in my life. They acted like the Gestapo, like they had the right of who could come in even when the owner gave permission. I now would never consider buying a home in that park. The board needs to look at firing the staff that acted so rudely to us.. definitely need some classes in how to talk respectfully to people. Terrible advertisement for your park!!!
