This place is the premier golf destination in Northern Arizona. Forrest Highlands is really nice, but this place has spared no expense. I love the Moorish caboose on the 9th hole and the 19th hole "settle your bets." Amazing houses and people.

Absolutely perfect 👍👍👍 the clubhouse is amazing, the staff goes above and beyond, the course conditions are spectacular. Greens were running 11-12 and perfect, tees, bunkers, fairways and rough.. perfect! The tournament flowed smoothly and the arrangement was flawless. Pine Canyon gives Forest Highlands a run for their money 🙂

I am not a golfer, so I rank it lower than most reviewers here. Most of the activities here involve golf. Golfers say it is a great course and one of the few great courses in Arizona playable in the summer..The fitness center is small, and quite crowded in the busy summer months There are a couple of pickleball courts but way too small to have an organized league or events..Same for tennis, with just a court or two depending upon the setup for pickle ball which uses up a tennis court...The restaurant has a nice atmosphere but a very limited menu. If you are not a meat eater there may be one choice to order..I once went to a special event here with buffet tables and all I found without meat was a bread roll and a small salad for $75 fee.. Thete are a lot of people present here in the summer but in the other seasons it is almost a ghost town. The restaurant and clubhouse has very limited hours outside the summer. Also they bulit a short term stay cabin right next to my house despite telling me that the only short term rentals were adjacent to the central clubhouse,. As you might expect it is like having an AirBNB next door with surprise events that fill the streets. So overall , I would say if you are focused on golf it probably is a five rating, but only in the months when the couse is open.Otherwise I rate it a three and not worth the cost.
