Sundance golf course is a challenging & fun track. It can be played from anywhere from about 5,800 to 6,900 yds. The green complex’s are probably the most challenging in the area. It’s in the best shape that I have ever seen it. I’ve played here the last eight years… The staff are always so friendly, it’s a wonderful place to play a round with friends, or to meet new ones!!! And if by chance you don’t have a career round, there’s always the 19th hole to enjoy a beverage of choice & a nice meal!

Used to be one of my favorites. Now I would not play it for free! Had friends come to town for the WMPO and wanted to get a round in. The same course I used to play for $45 and free beer was now $130! I understand the increase due to the tournament. But what was the dealbreaker for me that 1)no outside alcohol (ok). 2)no alcohol from the restaurant on the course (hmm, ok). 3)no sign of a cart girl for 9 holes! When we got to the turn we were told she just finished for the day @3! As she was locking up, we asked if we could get a round to take with us. She agreed but was none too happy about it. $130 and no beverages? I can play much closer to my house with better service for that price. It was fun while it lasted!

Having played here every winter for over 10 years, my feeling is that the course is in the best condition it has ever been. Cory does a great job in the morning greeting us and getting us out. And I have seen Lucky more this year than probably in the past 10. The rains in the late summer and early fall probably helped, but it seems clear that the management has made a committed effort to keep improving things - fairways defined, waste areas cleaned up, bunkers improving, etc. Keep it up! If only the green on #2 was more forgiving ...

We have golfed at Sundance for the past year, and although the course is beautiful, our experiences have repeatedly been negative. The general manager, Irvin, lacks basic customer service skills. We are respectful golfers who follow the rules and simply want to enjoy our time. When even employees express the same concerns, it speaks volumes. Nearly every review I’ve read points directly to the general manager. At some point, Sundance Golf Course needs to address this issue. Customer service is a critical part of running a successful business. You may be confusing me with another individual. I do not own a golf cart, nor did I mention one in my previous post. Any issues I have experienced have been solely with Irvin and not with any other staff members. The incident you are referencing is unrelated to me, as I was neither aware of it nor involved in any way Additionally, I would encourage you to avoid using copy-and-paste responses when addressing multiple reviews. Taking the time to respond thoughtfully would better demonstrate care and consideration for any concerns.

We have been playing this course for 12 years and it is in the best shape we have ever seen. The fairways are lush and well maintained. The greens are challenging but when you know where to aim for and work on your short game. The staff are friendly and helpful. All in all a great place to play and eat.
