Lack of maintenance has created so many issues at this club corporate office won’t return calls and ignore the growing stench on the tenth hole.

We have lived here since 2017 (moved from Anthem Parkside after 17 years) and absolutely love it here! The views are awesome and I never get tired of the golf course & mountain views from my house and yard. It's very quiet here compared to our previous house. The clubhouses are wonderful, as are the activities, classes, leagues, people, etc.

Great neighborhood with active members, amazing facilities, beautiful views and incredible amenities. Championship golf, fine dining and all the member activities you would expect from a well run club.

Was lucky enough to be a guest of a member, blown away. Got to play both Ironwood and Persimmon. Both gorgeous courses. Ironwood accepted a few more golf balls than I would have liked. Service was outstanding, didn't hit a restaurant but next time. Apparently javelinas are real...

Living in this neighborhood meant living under the constant shadow of an HOA that behaved less like a community organization and more like an unpredictable enforcement machine. The leadership, especially Maria Jackson, the person responsible for issuing violations, operated with an aggressive, punitive approach that made homeowners feel targeted rather than supported. Violation notices were handed out with no consistency, no transparency, and no sense of fairness. Some residents were written up for the smallest, most trivial things, while others with the exact same issues were ignored entirely. It was selective enforcement at its worst, and everyone knew it. You never knew whether you were going to wake up to a new notice in your mailbox, because the standards seemed to change depending on who you were and who was looking. The atmosphere this created was toxic. Neighbors weren’t enjoying their homes, they were bracing for the next arbitrary decision. It wasn’t community management; it was intimidation dressed up as oversight. Meanwhile, fees climbed every year with nothing to show for it. No improvements, no added value, just more money extracted from residents who were already stressed and exhausted by the constant scrutiny. Selling our home was the single greatest relief of the entire experience. I genuinely thank God every day that someone bought it and freed us from this place. I would not recommend this neighborhood to anyone. There are plenty of communities where you can live peacefully without feeling like you’re being monitored, judged, and penalized at random. Avoid this HOA if you value your sanity, your privacy, or the simple ability to enjoy your own home. To Maria Jackson: YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. To anthem golf and country club: the fact that you allow yourselves to be associated with Maria Jackson and her cronies should remove you from eligibility for Invited clubs.
