Description

Tuscaloosa's NorthRiver pairs a scenic lakeside setting with an 18-hole championship course originally laid out by Gary Player in 1978. Bob Cupp led significant redesigns in 1999 and 2015, refining green contours and bunkering while maintaining the routing's rhythm through wooded, rolling land. From the tips the course plays about 6,702 yards at par 71, with a rating/slope near 71.8/130. Members benefit from full practice facilities, including a comprehensive driving range. It's a private, members-only club operated by Troon Priv√©.

Carl is running this place into the ground, but the staff there are sure putting in the hours to make sure that the death of Northriver Yacht Club is slow and savory. They are putting in an incredible service to y'all and you have no idea what they have to go through, so give them a tip to show them that you care.

Hills and uneven lies everywhere. Greens fast and tricky too. Wonderful conditions.

Oh my gosh, this place was so beautiful and so huge that I thought it was a house at first! The most great part of the restaurant was the food. I ordered the 8oz steak and it was so good! I’m coming here again, 100%!!!
