RangeDriving Range

A rolling parkland layout east of Birmingham, Trussville CC blends tree lined driving corridors with small, tilted greens. Elevation change influences club selection into several perched targets. It's a locals' favorite for value and pace of play. Practice facilities include a range and short game areas. Recent conditioning improvements have the greens running truer than in years past.

Course was in good shape. Even with the drought, it was in good condition. Greens were a little fast for how small they are. They ran out of golf balls for the driving range, so I wish they had more available.

My last stop to complete the RTJ trail. Gorgeous homes along the Dogwood course. The clubhouse is cozy and has a nice setup. Not the best course on the trail but a good one to play. I would like to see winter season rates more reasonable. $135 is a lot to play in unejoyable conditions.
