I've lived at Steelwood for 11 years now and I'm still impressed with its natural pristine beauty. Has 250 acre stocked Bass lake called Lake Steelwood. It has land for Quail/ Ringneck Pheasant hunting with dogs. It has an 18 hole Championship Golf Course designed by University of Alabama First Team All- American/PGA Tour Pro with 8 wins in his career including the 1982 Players Championship and the 1976 U.S. Open.

Steelwood Country Club is a breathtaking wedding venue! There are so many stunning spots for photos, from the charming little white chapel to the picturesque waterfront lawn and scenic dock. The variety of backdrops made capturing special moments effortless and beautiful.

What an incredible experience to drive into the gated Steelwood Community and gaze over the 250 acre lake and the private 18 hole championship golf course. A huge feeling of peace comes over you as you ride into the development... nothing like it anywhere around.
