A compact par-70 in northwest Alabama, Haleyville favors accuracy and a tidy short game over length. Mature trees frame many approaches, and modest green contours keep even short wedges interesting. The course's scale makes it friendly for walkers and quick nine- or eighteen-hole rounds. Local leagues and family play give it a welcoming feel. The club is private.

Real nice staff and ok rates. Dated facilities, low pressure on the course, greens are in poor shape. If you're looking for a fun evening where the crowd is welcoming and non judgemental this is your course. If you're looking for RTJ level play, you need to keep rolling.
