Had a great time at Timber Creek. The layout is fun and the course has a lot of potential, but the greens and fairways definitely need some work. The carts and cart paths could also use some upgrades. Conditions are a little rough right now, but if they keep improving things, Timber Creek could turn into a really solid course. I’d come back to see how it develops.

I played Timbercreek for the first time in years. The new ownership has put a lot into it and it is already showing. We used to play it a lot, but the previous owner didn’t have a clue in what he was doing. It’s good to see the course coming back to what it was years ago. Will definitely be back.

We came to Timber Creek Distillery to celebrate my husband’s 24th birthday, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The bourbon blending experience was so much more fun than we expected. We learned about the different grains and how they affect the flavor while creating our own custom bottle to take home, which made it feel really personal. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. The cocktails were excellent, the property is beautiful, and you can tell they really care about what they do. Whether you’re into whiskey or just looking for something unique to do near Destin or Crestview, we definitely recommend stopping by. We’ll definitely be back!

Played late March and grass is now beginning to emerge from winter sleep. Greens were a bit bumpy but nicely playable. Pines course was in good shape, fun and interesting. Dogwood nine was not as green and more difficult. Staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly. Good value overall and should be much greener by mid April and beyond.

TimberCreek Golf Club offers a restaurant with no peer in the area for their selection and quality of food. Patti and Rob Bradley really do a superb job for a very reasonable price and, if you haven't given their restaurant a try, do yourself a favor with a visit. They're open daily from 7 to 7. I have breakfast with them weekly and usually attend their special holiday feasts and I have yet to find a local kitchen that does a better job than theirs. Today's Easter Lunch was amazingly good. TimberCreek, had a selection of breads, salads and many vegetables along with New Orleans seafood gumbo, tender baked ham and old-fashioned southern pot roast. They finished it off with a good selection of desserts that included a sinful 5-layer super-chocolate cake and a tremendously scrumptious carrot cake (secret ingredient crushed pineapple) both of which survived a residence on my table top but for only a very short time. All of these offerings, the main meal and desserts, were prepared fresh by hand in the TimberCreek kitchen. I'm telling you it was GOOD. Along with their great food, their personnel are very friendly, accommodating and first-class, all of them. The facilities at TimberCreek are also first-rate, in an upscale setting and open to the general public.
