I'll be 100% honest, I wasn't expecting the quality of food at all. I visited with a group of coworkers, visiting the area on business. The Meating Place was suggested by one of the members of our party. I thought just another restaurant with bar food. I was so wrong. As soon as they started arriving with our food, I was blown away by the smell. Then I started digging into my order and could stop. Outstanding food, service and atmosphere. I will 100% be coming back with my wife, she has to try this place. To the staff of The Meating Place, Thank you so much for the surprise. It doesn't happen often, I was speechless. until next time.

What a hidden gem!!! I have driven past this place so many times, Never realized how beautiful it is or that there is an awesome restaurant inside the building! The grounds are so clean and nice!! You can smell the delicious food coming from the restaurant while you are golfing. There is a little pro shop where you can purchase a bucket of balls and a wide variety of beverage including alcoholic beverages. I can't find everywhere else! The bar and restaurant are very nice and the workers were extremely friendly and talkative. I cannot wait to go back!!

The course is beautiful and in excellent condition. Staff from the pro shop to the restaurant and bar service were personal and friendly. A great value with small town service!

Mid morning special Mon-Wed 10AM-Noon $35 to ride 18. Burnt out in areas due to little rain we have gotten, course is still in solid shape and I enjoyed it. Nice people and good food at restaurant/bar on site.

Had the boasted chicken, it was flavorful and moist, my side was garlic mashed potatoes which also were very good.
