front nine is well maintained and a good course for the beginner kind of golfer but still a bit of challenge Tuesday 9-2-25 was a beautiful day to get out and enjoy the course

Great course! Very challenging 18 holes and the clubhouse is wonderful!!

We were looking forward to golfing at Desmidts with our in laws who are Crivitz locals. We are beginner golfers who were just looking to try our hand on the golf course and have some family fun. Ranger Jean approached us with distaste right off the bat. Instead of giving us any tips or pointers for the golf course she got angry with us and made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome that we left before even finishing hole 2. There was a really kind man who had been working there for 24 years who was apologetic and helped us get a refund which was very much appreciated. This was such a bummer and unfortunately we will not be back.
