I hadn't golfed here in a while and I was really impressed with the course. Greens were great. Tee boxes and fairways were excellent. This was my son's first time golfing here and he had a blast.

Last summer was my first time golfing and this course is very forgiving. It’s easily walkable and I’ll often stop by when work sends me to Parkersburg. Leave the office between 5-6 and can get through 9 holes before it’s dark. First day back today and the course was convenient and peaceful as always! Staff and members are easy to talk to; the grounds staff especially have been very kind in passing. Just show up, only once did I pull in and not go right on the course (weekend) and there was a tournament. Staff was awesome and pointed me to another club that didn’t have an event, no problem.

Edit: I am adding this because I was very disappointed recently with my latest golf outing here. I called the course several days before my birthday to plan a family outing. I informed them we have only 2 golfers and 7 family members wanting to ride along as spectators. They said this would not be a problem and I didn't need a tee time since we were coming late in the afternoon. We only needed to pay for the extra carts. They even quoted a price $8 each for 9 holes. So, on my birthday, we arrived at the course after an hour and 30 minute drive. We were told we could not do as we were originally told and could only have 2 carts, 1 per golfer. So, 5 people had to walk the course in 93-degree heat. We couldn't take turns riding because they said only golfers could drive. We paid for 9 holes, usually 18 with a cart per golfer. Our total price was 56 dollars. My support is gone for this place. Previous review: Have played here for many years. Great staff and great course, never disappoints.

Public course, priced reasonable w/cart. Course was on decent shape and the Lady at club checking you in was very nice! Definitely revisit here in the spring.

A nice facility and well maintained grounds. However, accessibility is a challenge with a mobility device. The main floor with pro shop/bar area and locker room is manageable with mobility device. The ladies locker room/restroom on the main floor are doable with mobility device as long as you can move yourself from that device into a toilet stall. A standard wheelchair will not fit into a toilet stall. Access to banquet room on 2nd floor is a steep set of stairs, therefore it requires a drive around to back entrance, which does not have a permanent wheelchair ramp and the parking area is gravel. I assume someone would need to arrange for mobility accommodations prior to arrival. We have entered the banquet room via a ramp that was placed for us previously. However, the ladies restrooms on that level are not mobility device accessible.
