Book with Caution I recently attended my friend’s wedding at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge, and while the grounds are beautiful, the experience was devastatingly disappointing due to the venue’s negligence and breach of contract. The night before the wedding, the bride emailed a simple request for non-alcoholic champagne for her suite and for the toast. There was no response. Instead, on the morning of the wedding—just hours before the ceremony—she received an email from her assigned planner, Nevaeh (heaven spelled backwards), stating that she was moving to another role and would not be available until Tuesday. The wedding was on a Sunday. No replacement planner was assigned, no backup plan was provided, and no effort was made to ensure the contracted services would be honored. When we arrived, the catering manager initially introduced herself as just that—the catering manager. Only after we mentioned that our planner had not shown up did she come to the bridal suite and tell us she would now act as the “point of contact” for anything related to the venue. However, she was not a planner and had none of the information Nevaeh had promised. For example, Nevaeh had told the groomsmen they would have access to golf carts and all club amenities for photos and transport—yet on the day of, they were denied access. Nevaeh had also shown the couple specific locations for photos and their first look, but the catering manager was unaware of any of this and offered no assistance in making it happen. This was an extremely small and intimate wedding—just 14 people total, including the bride and groom. Every detail had been carefully planned. Yet the person paid to manage those details never showed up, leaving the bridal party scrambling to coordinate and make things happen so the bride could have the meaningful day she deserved. Instead of enjoying her wedding stress-free, as she had paid for, she was left anxious, unsupported, and let down. While the food itself was very good, that cannot make up for the venue’s grave negligence. The absence of the contracted planner, the broken promises, the lack of communication, and the last-minute denial of planned amenities all added unnecessary stress to a once-in-a-lifetime day. Even worse, when the bride contacted the venue afterward, hoping for accountability, their only response was essentially, “We’re sorry this happened to you.” No ownership of their mistakes, no offer of a refund, no attempt to make it right. A wedding is not something you can redo. My friend trusted The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge with one of the most important days of her life, and instead was abandoned and dismissed. That is inexcusable. If you are considering booking here, I urge you to think very carefully. For a venue of this stature to fail so completely in upholding its contractual obligations and then offer nothing but an empty apology is unacceptable. Don’t risk being left high and dry on your wedding day.

We recently photographed a wedding at The Club at Snoqualmie and loved the venue so much! Obviously the view is breathtaking and instantly grabs you, but the food, staff, and venue management were also 10/10. We hope to be back soon!!

If you're looking for a wedding venue, look NO further - like literally stop looking and just book The Club at Snoqualmie. We just got married there last weekend, and it was the best day of our lives. Nevaeh was our point of contact with The Club and she made our lives as easy as possible from the very beginning all the way through to the end. She answered my one million questions, helped me execute my vision, and became a friend to us on our journey. The views speak for themselves, but another very important thing I need to highlight was the FOOD! My husband and I were dreaming about our wedding dinner from the moment we first had it at our tasting - nothing compares. Our experience was beyond our wildest expectations and we are so thankful that we were smart enough to choose The Club at Snoqualmie well over a year ago.

All in all this venue was incredible. Nevaeh was incredible and made this day a complete success. We signed the contract in early 2024 and our contact left the venue and we were left with zero contact for about 5 months. Thank goodness Nevaeh was hired because she was a fantastic asset for our wedding. The food was hot, plentiful, and delicious with amazing service. The views left guests speechless and we are grateful to have had such a perfect Wedding day in July 2025. Very sad to hear Nevaeh accepted a new job and is leaving at the end of 2025. I'm not sure many people could handle everything as gracefully as she did.

WARNING: DO NOT BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE. The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge Ruined My Best Friend's Day My experience as the maid of honor for my best friend’s wedding at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge was profoundly disappointing and unacceptable. This venue, which markets itself as a premium location and charges premium members close to $100,000 annually, failed to provide basic professional service, turning a joyous occasion into a stressful crisis. Catastrophic Failure of Event Coordination The core failure was the complete lack of accountability from the event management: No-Show Coordinator: The contracted wedding planner, Nevaeh Chandler, did not show up for the wedding. We discovered this only when the bride tried to request a beverage and found literally no one was available to assist us. No reply or call back. Zero Communication: The coordinator had reportedly left the company for a job in Texas (found this out by Googling), yet there was zero communication of her departure to the bride and groom. No replacement was assigned, and she was still listed on the venue’s website on the day of the wedding. Logistical Chaos: This managerial failure left us scrambling. We arrived to no one greeting us or opening the doors. We had to look for someone to help out. Also, the groom and his friends were forced to wait in an unsuitable boardroom, and the bride was left crying and anxious, worried the day she had planned for months was falling apart. Memories Lost: The couple missed key photo opportunities, including the planned golf-cart trip to take pictures with trees and grassy meadows--a major reason they chose the venue for its incredible views. Family traveled from Washington, D.C., Alaska, Colorado, and across Washington to witness this event, only to experience this breakdown in service. It's hard to coordinate people from all over. Staff Who Tried to Save the Day I have to give credit where it is due: The only reason the day was salvaged at all was due to the efforts of a few exceptional staff members (and her bridemaids) who went above and beyond their duty: -Heather, Kitchen Team Supervisor: Heather was an absolute rockstar. She saw the crisis and completely took on the role of the missing coordinator, helping us organize and manage the day's flow. She even gave us her personal phone number. It was not her job, but she stepped up in every way possible. She still had a kitchen to run so she could not be with us 24/7 like the way a wedding coordinator would have been. John, Bartender/Beverage Coordinator: John was fantastic and ensured every guest was well taken care of throughout the evening. The dinner itself was wonderful, and the present staff worked admirably under impossible circumstances. Final Verdict While the serving staff were amazing, the lack of professionalism and communication from the event management is a massive, unacceptable liability. My friend will never get this day back. I strongly warn others against booking here for any major event. The risk of management failing to deliver on their promise is simply too high. This venue must be held accountable for the stress and disappointment caused.
