Yes, the view of Mt Rainier is fantastic (5 star). Course is about a 4 star. Greens are plush, not fast whatsoever but in great shape. Fairways are rock hard but in decent shape. The value of $82 for 18, including a cart, is about right. I rented clubs, and for those that do, beware. They are terrible. It's as if they hadn't been cleaned post round in years. Is that too much to ask? Although I had low expectations of the rental set, I expected them to be clean. (2 stars). Overall, 3 stars, so it's worth a round if you have that golf itch to scratch. Nice patio out back to enjoy an adult beverage post round. And yes, the guy at check-in in pro shop is rude. How he continues to be the first person guests interact with is a mystery. Customer service is not his strong point.

Beautiful course but I doubt I will go back because of the people who work there. My husband and I wanted to golf their executive course late one evening last week and when he called, the man at the pro shop said that we could come out but that play may be slow due to others on the course but that they send people out up until 8:30 pm. We said great and headed to the course. Husband went into the pro shop and paid and again was told we may not be able to finish before dark because there were several groups ahead of us but no other warnings. Everything was fine until we got to hole 5. The group ahead of us was getting ready to tee off and the sprinklers suddenly came on and blasted the pair - while the Marshall sat and watched the whole thing without saying a word!!! Then when the poor soaked golfer threw up his hands as if the say “what the heck!” The Marshall cruised up in his cart and confronted the duo and asked if they had a problem with him. We ended up skipping the tee box and hit from closer down the fairway to avoid the sprinklers. Then the same thing happened on six. When I called the pro shop, the guy in the phone said that it’s normal for the sprinklers to come on at 8 and that they would only be on a few minutes. (They stayed on for 20 mins) I asked if there was a reason that we weren’t told about this when we paid, they guy said they assumed everyone knew! No apology, no offer of a refund, and when I asked they said I could get a rain check for half of a game. We ended up joining the pair ahead of us and trying to outrun the sprinklers the rest of the course. I get that courses have automatic sprinklers and need to water but warn the players when they pay that they may come on. The way the Marshall just sat there and watched it happen without warning us and the other pair was definitely intentional. And after reading the multitude of other bad reviews, I doubt I will ever give them my business again.

Always kept in great shape. This course offers some dog-leg challenges along a flat course with interesting water and sand. Beautiful Rainier views and majestic eagles soaring above- always repeatable.

I would give 5 stars but (as many others have mentioned) the older man working in the shop is such a prick. The course is nice but if you’re gonna come here you can just expect to be disrespected by him. We saw him yell at a man who didn’t speak much english cause he put his card in the reader too early and then he assumed me and my brother couldn’t afford to play 18 with a cart. Just a miserable dude who clearly hates his job. Kind of put a damper on the whole experience. Mountain view is pretty though!

Played the executive par 3 course which is nine holes. Reasonable rates and the course is well maintained. Driving range, restaurant/bar and 2 practice greens. Reason for the 3 and not 5 stars you ask? Well I’ve been here about 7 times and 6 of the times I’ve had bad experiences with the employees at the pro shop. Just very unfriendly and not a positive way to start your round.
