Duncan and his team (from reception, to housekeeping to maintenance) at the Stoweflake are incredible. I am a single mother and I wanted to celebrate my birthday and enjoy some time away from home. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and appreciated. My room was delightful and accommodating to my needs. The property is stunning and impeccable - there is so much to enjoy. I loved that I even got to teach my son how to play pool in the game room. I hope to make this an annual trip. Thanks stoweflake for making my trip a very special one.

If you ever need to get away Stoweflake Mountain Resort is incredible. The resort is everything you want and more. Beautiful rooms, pools spa and so much more. It is truly a place where you can bring your family and have the best time. Duncan the manager is super accommodating and he makes everyone feel right at home!!!! 10 stars if I could.

We were just there overnight on April 23-25 , to ski Stowe before it closed for the season.The resort is beautiful, indoor pool and full gym and an outside hot tub were the amenities we used,they were wonderful! The room we had was a king bed,fireplace in the room with a court yard view and you can see Stowe ski resort in the distance,the room was beautiful with plenty of seating and a bench seat at the foot of the bed great for sitting to put shoes on! Breakfast was nice,bagels,cereals,yogurt and great coffee! Across the street are restaurants and shops, perfect location for a vacation! Looking foward to returning there again!

I want to share my unfortunate experience at Stoweflake Mountain Resort. I booked this hotel to attend Noise-Con 2025, but I later realized that the conference was actually being held at a different hotel. Consequently, I canceled my reservation just two days before my scheduled arrival. Unfortunately, Stoweflake Mountain Resort did not refund me. Instead, they charged me for the entire three-day stay due to their late cancellation policy, which states that to receive a full refund, cancellations must be made three days or more before arrival. I didn’t receive accurate information or a confirmation email outlining this policy from the hotel, as their email system seems to be malfunctioning even though they denied. I believe this charge is excessive compared to other hotels, which typically impose a one-day penalty or no fee at all for a no-show. During a phone conversation, one manager assured me that I would receive a full refund, but that never happened. I also spoke with three different staff members in person, but they remained adamant about sticking to the three-day policy. I hope this review helps anyone considering booking at this hotel.
