Good course but management is awful. Poorly ran . Tee times don’t matter. 5 hour rounds. Lots of room for improvement

Didn't play the course, but atteneded PGA Hope event. Great event and course hospitality was outstanding. Recommend both. Only downside was the driving range is showing heavy summer use and had several bare spots.

Kayla in the bar was a phenomenal hostess making sure our whole group was absolutely having a great time. Ellen and Natalie went out of there way to cater while out in the course. They even went all the way back to the bar to grab Gingerale for me of our players. Tyler is in there making the best Barons burgers ever. Ronnie runs such an efficient course I love playing out here. Such a great atmosphere and you get to play on some of the greats stomping grounds. Love IT

Golf course is in great shape, I give it that much. Greens were lightning fast… Otherwise, good luck getting tee times on Saturdays. We can never get tee times there even if we call the maximum 1 week out. They had a large tournament this morning but never told us prior to arriving to play. We quit after 9 holes as we were on pace for a nearly 6 hour round which is freaking ridiculous after they started their scramble causing backups of 3-4 groups on every hole. At least we got a 9 hole rain check but it shouldn’t have gotten to that point. Do better Bide A Wee. *Update* - we had 9 in our group today. We started off 5 and 4. Starter instantly made us split up into 3-3-3. What royally pissed us off was that there was a group of 5 in front of our group and they did nothing about it when we mentioned it. It was total bullshit and a total inconvenience to our group. We weren’t interfering with pace of play what so ever. We will remember that.

This is the hidden gem of golf in Hampton Roads Virginia. Greens are in great shape and fast. Fairways are well maintained. Staff from pro shop, mowing crew, restaurant are top notched.
