Good course can see where they installed new sod around different holes . The day I played the tee boxes looked beaten up, they have lots of divots and mud as though haven’t moved markers around in a bit but was able to go back couple of paces to tee off. Greens good condition fairways overall good. Not from Richmond area but $60 to ride 18 for Par 66 seems a bit much but walked for $39. Played on a weekend they have putting green and chipping area near first tee so you can practice before you tee off. Would play again if back in the area.

To say this course is a scam would be an understatement. This course is a “Youth Development” course and it plays only about 4600yds from the tips. $51 dollars for a tee time here is INSANE considering the deplorable conditions of this golf course. I am shocked I’ve played way better actual courses for $15 cheaper than this. Some areas of this course look it’s just been nuked and left alone. I’m not sure if they are attempting to renovate but it looks pretty horrible and it’s honestly one of the worst courses I’ve ever played in central VA as far as conditions go. There are so many bare areas including tee boxes and cart paths are pretty broken down as well. Considering the $51 tee time, no course amenities (no cart girl, no grill or “turn” snack bar etc..) and the laughable conditions, I won’t be returning here anytime soon. I hope they can get it together soon before all hope is lost. I’d be really impressed if they can somehow turn it around. I’m giving it two stars because the only good thing was staff friendliness.

I like this course, the long narrow fairways reward clean shots and the dense wooded areas with deep leaf debris guarantee you will lose your ball if you shoot into them. 18 holes here is a nice hike on foot, takes about 4 hours to play. Nothing too exciting to look at and the grounds are pretty brown and not in the best shape but the greens are good which is what matters to me. For the price it's a great round of golf. Pace of play and etiquette can be an issue here but you learn to deal with it, I have had people start early and play into me, and have had to sit on a tee and wait for 10 min while a group of 5 was put ahead of me with basically no spacing in the tee time.

This course charging almost $60 for 18 holes riding is absolutely bananas. I’ve been to locally owned Par 3 courses in the boonies in better shape. I have no idea how they justify that price tag, maybe cause it’s the only course in that area, but who knows. Keep your course nicer or lower your prices

Great value. It's an executive course, so a little short, but I was able to hit every club in the bag. The course is in decent shape overall. There can be some rough spots, but the fairways and greens are in decent shape. For $40 you can play a quick round in 3 hours or so. The perfect course for beginners, hacks like me, and folks who just want to get out of the house and hit around for a few hours.
