This course has always been enjoyable to me, but it’s borderline unplayable now — especially for the cost. It’s never been the best around, but it hasn’t ever been this bad. The greens are terrible. The only reason I’m writing a negative review is because it’s basically course negligence (whoever sets up the flags) to put the pin on the worst part of the green. The course is average at best , it is what it is and it will always be that way, BUT at the very least take a look at your greens and make sure you place the flags in the best possible area. The attached photo was a birdie roll I had. Look at that line! The weeds on the green are sticking up. The other half of this green was better compared to this section and that’s exactly my point — WHY in the world do you put the hole here? It’s like the owner is mocking us at this point. Sad to see Alpine in this state.

Charging $60 for this is nonsense. Greens are in terrible shape. They should just close the course down

I played Sunday 9/21 and had the best time! I was visiting my daughter and everyone sleeps in so late, so I thought I would go hit some balls! She had told me that there was a course close to her house so I just looked it up and went on over there! Now TBH I didnt think I was going to be able to play since I didnt have a tee time... If you dont put a tee time in 7-days in advance here in DFW, then you arent playing most of the time LOL. Well, to my surprise I didnt have to have one. The golf course attendant was so cool and helpful... its almost like he wanted me to "have a good time" (take notice DFW)! Anyways, he said that I could just follow the group that was on the first tee box. Now for the rest... I pulled up and was waiting when the 2 gentlemen on the first tee noticed me and invited me to join them... i let them know I wasn't the best player in the world, but that I definitely wasn't slow... they laughed a bit and we then enjoyed a really good 18 holes of golf! The course was OK, not the best course i have every played, but no where near the worst! The greens were in really good shape and rolled very true! The fairways were just fine, but off the fairways were pretty rough... So just keep it in the fairway LOL. Anyways, I had the best time and was pleasantly surprised by the course! I will definitely be playing it again... the course was good, the people were better! I guess that's just what you get when you play in Gods Country!

I called yesterday asking if I was allowed to bring a cooler of food and drinks, and over the phone they said yes. When I got here there we’re signs plastered everywhere so no cooler or outside food. I didn’t play much golf cause I suck but that’s on my part. But the cart path was extremely bumpy on some areas and we’re not maintained

Two seniors $70 w/cart didn't think was so bad. Greens in tough shape and some fairways. Tough course though for me.
