This is a public course with the amenities of a Private Country Club. You have a large practice facility for putting, short game, and driving range. The course layout is very scenic for it to be within the city. You get a chance to play on Lake Lewisvile. The greens and fairways were in good shape. There are 2 beverage carts, one for the front and one for the back. You will only see them once due to the layout of the course, so stock up when you see them. This was my first time playing here and I enjoyed myself. The price shocked me but it was about what I would have spent at another course. Saturday tee fees include Food and Drinks after your round inside their bar and grill. The food is good. They are know for their pizza. I had the buffalo chicken wrap. Delicious!!! If you got some time on your hand, explore this course. The rough is slightly high so be prepared to add another stroke to your score if you can't deal with high grass. I shot a 91. It could have been lower if I would learn how to putt. 🤣. I will be back. Thank you. The only thing I will say is fix your GPS screen display. I couldn't Bluetooth my phone onto the cart as instructed. I would have given 5 stars if they would have worked. Overall I enjoyed myself and won $400 from my friend.

Very lively and modern restaurant in Frisco Lakes. Most diners probably live in the Dell Webb community. I was impressed by the look and feel, definitely not a golf club feel. It is definitely more upscale. Sandwiches, Burgers, Salads, BBQ, Tacos and Pizza. Lots to choose from with a decent wine list - surprising!! I had the had the big meatball with pasta and flavor was lacking but enjoyed. Pizza looked really solid. My guests enjoyed the fish tacos and burger. Food was average and service slow but place was very busy live. Very large, nice bar and staff very friendly.

What started off as a very nice experience at this club turned sour pretty quickly. Let me start off with the good. First off we got here and hit some range balls. It appears they have the Top Golf technology for the range, but they were not allowing that at the time. Regardless there is a lot of construction here, but the range was nice and decently priced. Our golf game came with a meal and a beer. The food was really good and the staff was nice. Really great experience here. Our tee time was at 11:38 and we got ther at 11:30 and there was already a long line which was odd. The Marshall came up and was showing up some stuff on the cart, and sadly our cart screen was not working, he basically said sucks, but good thing our friends playing had a cart that had it. He said the cart will beep when it gets crowded and then to speed it up (that is a key point he made). At 11:44 another group came up from behind and was waiting to tee off, still took us 10-15 more minutes until we got to tee off. For the rest of the game this is what it was, four or five groups of people waiting to play. They said it will open up in the back half and boy it didn’t Got so bad the people behind us and we later called the Marshall to see if something could happen to speed it up, he said no. We asked if there would be a bar cart is out, he said two are but it still took over 2 hours until they came. Finally we got to the back half, and we had the same issues. It took over 5 and a half hours to do all 18 holes. The only time the Marshall came out was to complain that very random things, but no help with speeding it up. While waiting someone captained again, and he made a random job about getting the beer cart here to help with the wait. Overall the course was nice, but the insane wait times, stacking the players, and lack of caring made it one of the lease enjoyable courses we have gone to.

Had an opportunity to stop by and visit Frisco lakes golf course and eat at its remodeled restaurant inside the Del Webb community. We live in a Del Webb community in Georgetown, TX, Sun City. So we were curious, to say the least. The restaurant was just reopened after a well worth it 9 mos renovation, modern design, large bar and light and airy interior. We only had appetizers fried pickles and calamari , both delicious. Reed, if I am not mistaken, served us as we sat at the bar. He had not been with them long, said as a kid his dad did work for Del Webb. Views of the course are amazing, and it has looks to be more than one island green.

Golf is a bit expensive for the course at $115 pp, but you get lunch and a beer at the end of the round if you finish before 3pm. The food is very good. They even make fresh pizzas. Overall round for me and my two daughters were $500. That’s green feed and cold beverages from cart service.
