From the beginning to the end of the project RB construction USA had great communication with me, work was done in a timely manner, it was prompt and reasonable. The work ethic was something to applaud. I am an extremely satisfied customer and will be recommending this business to friends and family.

This is not the same business in the viral video going around the Internet that is a different rb construction in Illinois. Don't listen to the 1 star reviews this company is great! With great service and great people.

RB Construction was hired to do a garage repair and the job was contracted to take up to 20 days. They came and did some demo and made minimal repairs and did zero work for over a month. In the month that no work was done, the owner Raoul, repeatedly advised they were "ordering materials", "the materials were expensive at the place we normally use and we are checking another location", "your job is a priority to us". Needless to say, I have no evidence of any of these statements to be true. Additionally, they have been paid a significant amount to do the job and I sent an email explaining my desire to end the business relationship, mainly because they did not stick to their end of the contract. I have not received any response from them and have not received a refund of any monies as requested. The photos attached is the state in which my garage has been left.

Owner is amazing to work with and makes sure every job is finished perfectly. Amazing communication and care from beginning to end. Word of note- the negative reviews posted are because others are thinking this is the RB construction in NC. They are not the same, and RB Construction USA is far superior in care and quality.

They did a great job on my update of my home when I bought it 2 years ago. Fair pricing. Kept to schedule. I would recommend for sure. Thanks guys!
