Course is in decent condition. Greens are hard but roll ok. They just aerated the fairways and put the droppings along the rough. Pretty long course btw. Only issue is i like a decent pace of play. Problem is had we had a slow group ahead of us. The Marshall said they will allow us to play thru. So we asked after we waited every shot for the next 3 holes and they said they'd pick up the pace. They did not. 4 hrs and 40 minutes later we finished our round. On a Thursday. Ugh.

The Waterview golf course is the finest golf course in the east Dallas area. The greens are in incredible condition. Staff is incredibly friendly and I highly recommend checking it out.

Waterview had been in rough shape for a while, but they have completely fixed that this year! The greens and fairways are in the best shape I’ve seen in years! The pace of play can be slow at times, but when it’s running smooth it is one of the best in the area.

The greens are in great shape. Fairways are iffy. The pace of play out here is HORRIBLE. We have played an entire hole and they haven’t even teed off on the next hole. We are backed up 3 groups deep. 4 hours and 30 minutes in and we still haven’t started 18 yet.

Closes at 8pm and books 4pm tee times made us wait for carts because they had none available then charges full price just to tell you at 7:40 when you’re on hole 18 you can not complete the course. The staff seemed irritated we were even playing the course to be honest. Horrible customer service. Interactions with staff both before and after the round were not what I would call friendly. Course is in average shape at best, greens are pretty beat up and the course smells horrible when you play it. Carts are not particularly clean. Couldn’t really play hole 10 because there were teenagers sitting in the fairway drinking and smoking and refused to move for us to play the hole. Overall experience would make me choose any course in the proximity or DFW over this course again.
