What a great experience at Terra Vista Golf Club! The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The course itself is beautifully manicured and a joy to play. Plus, their driving range is top-notch – perfect for warming up. My only wish is that the carts had screen GPS, but that's a minor detail on an otherwise perfect day of golf. Highly recommend!

$260 for two golfers, only to be HOUNDED the ENTIRE 18 holes. The marshal came to us on the 5th, 8th, 13th, and 15th hole to tell us that we were behind schedule, even though we were forced to wait 4-6 minutes on nearly EVERY tee box for the group ahead of us to get to a safe distance for us to shoot. When I explained this to the marshal, he very rudely snapped at me that he "doesn't care how close we are to the group in front of us, he goes off of the time sheet"... I understand how a time sheet works, but I have ZERO control over the pace of play for the group ahead of me. Reading the other reviews and it seems like this is a pretty common occurrence. If pace of play is consistently a concern here, maybe prioritize quality over greed and spread the tee times to 12 or 13 minutes instead of 10. Overall decent course condition, but not worth the money they're charging, and the experience was completely ruined by the course marshals. At this point, I wish I had left after the second time he snapped at us and tried to get a refund. You're better off playing Blackhawk in Pflugerville, 1/5th the price, fun and easygoing staff, and similar course conditions.

Tera(ble)vista Golf Course (lol terrible pun honestly) I want to preface this review by saying that for every bad review I give, I also try to give a positive review for places that deserve it. Although I was very excited to play Teravista after not playing there in 10+ years, I am unable to leave a positive review. For $124.32 (Saturday 8:56 AM Tee Time) - I hit 1/2 of a small bucket (all the bays were full), practice putt on a green that looked like a bunker (actually very similar to most of the greens on the course), and played 17.5 holes. The first 4 holes we waited on every tee box for 5+ minutes. This didn't bother my group much especially because the group ahead of us was significantly older. By Hole 5, we no longer had to wait which was a surprise. On Hole 6, we were told to pick up the pace (which we did). We tried to explain to the marshal, that we were held up on the first four holes, but that did not matter. On Hole 9, a marshal told us that the GM made a decision to "move us up". We were all very confused by this decision because by that time we were a little over 2 hours in the round. We were ESCORTED past the cart girl (that sucked because we were out of brews) to 100 yards away from the green on Hole 9. The situation became more perplexing because the older group was on the green, and we had to wait an addition 5 minutes for them to finish out the hole. HUH?!?! It didn't make a ton of sense to move us up at that point because we waited for the next 5 holes (10-14) for the older group to play out far enough for us to tee off. Understandably, my group was pretty upset, and this ruined the rest of the round for all of us. The cherry on top was seeing a used condom on one of the fairways leading up to a green. GROSS. At least SOMEONE is having a good time on this golf course...You would think with all the marshals circling around that one of them would get this taken care of. We ended up finishing our round in 4 Hrs, 14 Mins. I appreciate Teravista for having a focus on pace of play, but this went too far! For $120ish, SAVE YOUR MONEY! There are plenty of quality Austin-Area golfing experiences for the same amount of money or less (shout out to Star Ranch). Tera(ble)vista Golf Course is certainly NOT one of them.

Good day out, sand bunkers need redoing and are hard as a rock. Driving range and practice area are good. People are nice
