Teravista review The course was in good shape. Not very many weeds in the fairway, the tee boxes were good and the greens although a little long were consistent and healthy. Here are some suggestions 1. Myself (73), am I playing partner (82) walked the course. I wish the pro shop would’ve warned us that it was often a very long distance between greens to the next tee box, especially on the front nine. 2. More directional signs would’ve been nice especially from ninth green to the number 10 tee box. 3. Senior tees would be a welcome addition 4. you may want to consider offering a walking rate and a nine hole rate. You might be able to make up the income by appealing to those players who are looking for those type of deals.

I have played here probably 20 times over the past 5 years and yesterday was the worst overall experience. Half of the greens had been punched and sanded and the other half were long and not mowed. The sand traps had mud and water and nobody working on them. The pro shop should tell you about the greens and offer a discount if you want to play on that junk.

Had a tee time at 12:32. My group of 4 pulled up to the tee box 2 minutes late, at 12:34. Usually not a big deal, but to the eyes of the Marshall it was. He let the next group go in front of us and we had to wait. Thought that was a bit odd and overboard but whatever. We didn't mind waiting since it was technically our fault. The other group was ready so we basically just swapped tee times. By the third hole we were already backed up, waiting for multiple groups. We saw another Marshall driving by and figured he was out there taking care of the speed of play. 3 hours later we finish the front 9. Which is insane. We were able to see 6 groups in a row playing back to back on eachother. We thought, okay maybe the back 9 will be different…. Nope. $120 5 1/2 hour round of golf. Every single hole we were waiting 5 minutes to tee off. There was no enforcement or anything going on here. Nobody seemed to care at all. Unreal for the more expensive golf courses in the area.

First time playing this course in about 4 yrs Overall the course was in good shape. However, I noticed each hole that the players at Terravista DO NOT repair their divots. I also noticed the tee boxes are not well maintained. This is not a $120 golf course. I remember being a member 6 yrs ago and rounds were $55 and it was maintained pretty good. With Samsung and other companies bringing in so many employees into the community, Terravista has become over priced for a simple golf course.
