A decent place to kill time and it has had a lot of improvements the last year. To my understanding it was purchased a couple years ago and they are improving it. The pro shop is on the smaller size but they have whatever you need golf balls clubs gloves tees some other golf equipment. They sell beer onsite which is important. Some of the greens are ruff but improving they planted a lot of grass on the fairways but it’s a desert lol. The golf carts do run good and it’s a cart path only place

I recently played a round at this golf course and was consistently impressed by the quality of the course and the exceptional pricing. Honestly, it's some of the cheapest golfing that I've seen in West Texas so far, which makes it an excellent choice for golfers on a budget. However, what really impressed me was the overall quality of the course itself. The course was well-maintained, with smooth greens, fairways, and great bunkers. Additionally, it provided a fun and challenging experience for golfers of all levels. I really appreciate the staff's attention to maintaining the course under budget and I highly recommend this course to anyone looking for affordable and quality golfing in West Texas.

I was truly surprised at how good of shape this course is. I thought it was going to be pasture/dessert golf, but it wasn’t. For August out here in West Texas it is a great course. Staff was very friendly and professional. You better start early, not because of the number of players, but the heat.

Fairways are getting better but there is no rough it’s just dirt. Weeds are pretty bad, not sure why they don’t spray them or pull them. Greens are pretty good and are kept nice. This is a cart path only golf cart course and I’m glad they do that to get the fairways in better shape, I only hope one day after fairways are deemed ok they will allow carts on fairways. This course has gone through a lot of tough times but the course is definitely looking better “especially for west Texas”. Staff is very friendly and if your looking for a moderately challenging course then it’s definitely worth a try, if you can keep it in the fairway then you’ll have a good time.

Will not go again, every time I go I have to wait on the grounds crew on every hole. Guy with leaf blower stood on the green for 15 min playing on his phone on a par 3 while I was waiting at the Tee box. Paid for 18 holes only played 3 tried to get a free voucher for 9 holes another day and they said they can’t do that. Plus the tee boxes have high grass, mud everywhere and patchy fairways so if I were you I would go to Kermit tx. Way nicer course!
