Front 9 is like playing golf in a pasture. Bumpiest golf cart ride in the middle of the fairway as you can imagine. Back 9 is a different course. Tee boxes are in horrible shape, green sand on greens. About $20-$30 overpriced. Nice carts.

The front 9 is pretty bad in the fairways. Seems like the rough could definitely be mowed more consistently. My group all lost their balls on the 2nd fairway because of high grass. Back 9 is much better. Greens aren't as bad as they were a year ago. Also, no water jugs on the course is really crazy especially in the Houston heat. At least give out water bottles or something. The layout is cool with a few challenging holes, but lots of work to do for it to be a regular spot for me.

The 5 stars is not for the condition of the course. It has improved a lot and it still has a long way to go. My 5 star rating is simply to reflect the effort they are putting into the course. I played there for the first time a little over 2 years ago and said I would never go back. My friends convinced me to go today (May 2025) and man has it improved. The check in staff were polite & friendly. Pace of play was enforced and it felt like an organized golf club. I hope it keeps trending in this direction because the course actually has a great design/layout.

Avoid spending your hard earned money at this course. Worst golf course I have ever played!!! I am one of a group of 8 golfers who play at various courses every Sunday and we all agree $68 is outrageous!! Tee boxes are all mud, fairways are bumpy and full of holes,you cannot tell the difference between fairway and rough. Who over runs this course should be ashamed of how bad they have allowed it to get!!

This course isn't the same as when I played years ago. What happened to it? Do not bring expensive balls and be prepared to search for your ball in the fairway 🤣. If you're in the rough, just drop and keep it moving because the weeds were just diabolical. I was surprised I was able to still shoot a decent score of 88. I read the reviews so I went out with the mindset of just being outside.
