Everything is good here! Located conveniently near HWY 6 and University Drive, greens and fairways well kept, diverse holes with plenty of traps and lakes, plenty of shade for the summer months, really nice clubhouse area, you can get very good deals on the course fees, golf carts well kept, two courses to play on, lots of parking, and shot guns kept on schedule. Oh and the beer is ice cold!😁

It was my first time playing here this weekend. The weather was very awesome, a bit windy, but Did not affect play to a great extent. The golf shop staff was extremely polite and courteous. I played the La Quinta 18 as there are 2 full courses here. Unexpectedly the building that the golf shop was in was massive. It has a full restaurant and many other amenities. It appeared to be a city center building. I practiced at the range - 7$. It was very narrow, and too crowded meaning the spacing between each golfer was too close. I felt very uncomfortable. Also the mats were very hard to hit off of definitely needs new surfaces here. The course condition was very good. Cart path only today because of rain the day before. I must say that the tee boxes, fairways and greens were in decent shape. There were a few greens that need attention, but it was minor. The course was challenging and had a nice layout. Overall a great experience at a great price.

Don’t waste your money here. By far the worst course I have ever played on. Every fairway had bumps everywhere. This is the only course I’ve played where I’ve been severely punished for hitting the ball in the center of the fairway because my ball would be laying in a small ditch from all the bumps and unevenness. They need to tear up the entire course and re-level it. The worst part was the greens. I’ve never seen greens as bad as these. See picture to see the condition of every single green. $66 for this crap is worse than highway robbery. I’d rather putt on sand than these greens. The holes were sitting on little mounds around the hole so even when putting dead center at the hole, your ball would divert an inch to the right or left of the hole. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging $66 for a course that’s in the worst state I’ve ever seen. Never golfing at this course ever again.

Played El Dorado and this place flat-out ate my lunch today. Tons of blind water hazards lurking out there. The guy I was paired with had never played here either, so neither of us had a clue where the trouble was hiding. You can hit what feels like a perfect shot… only to watch it disappear into a hazard you never saw coming. Ended up with my worst score of the season here today. Hopefully, if you play this course, you’ll get paired with someone who knows the layout and can warn you where to aim (and more importantly, where not to). That said—nice track, and I’d play it again in a heartbeat. Now that I know where the danger is, I’m confident I could shave at least 5 shots off my score. If you do give it a go, do yourself a favor—bring extra balls. 😂

First time playing this course. Proshop assistant was helpful in pointing me in the right direction for the course I was playing. Tee boxes in great shape and very even. Fairways were a little narrow but not as narrow as some courses that have houses on them. Fairways were also in good shape. Greens were rolling true and just a little slow due to heavy rain 2 days ago. It was cart path only (feel like tomorrow it may not be as it has nice drainage). Water cooler only on hole 10, did see beverage cart few times though.
