This par 71, 6,762 yard course offers a formidable challenge to golfers from intermediate to Pro-Am levels. Built in 2009, this course offers 18 holes of ponds, pine trees, and bunkers to make some of the best golfers consider their shots. Located between Marshall and Waskom, this course is a convenient place that I love to visit when I get the chance since they are not arrogant like Pinecrest and The Cascsdes.The course has become fair on their prices as they've gone along. I am an "OK" player, but this course was challenging and fun! The course was really nice and I had a great time.

First time to play here. They were closed, but kind of enough to let us play. We all traveled nearly a hour to get there. Website needs to update with days of operation. Course was dry from the heat we are having, but playable. Greens had some weeds on them and they needed to be mowed, but would hold a approach shot. They putted okay other than little clumps of the weeds. I believe Wednesday is their senior day. Will go back.

I enjoy this course. I use it because it's closest to me. The greens are usually pretty good. The fairways are hard and fast; cart paths suspect at best. The carts are a bit long in the tooth and need replacing, but they run. The layout IS challenging but not real long. Folks there are friendly and the staff very accommodating. Could the course be better? Yes, sure, it could. Could it be worse, absolutely! Price wise, it is extremely fair for what you get.

It's been years since I've played here. Usually feast or famon on course conditions. Typically not extremely busy pretty laid back unhurried round of golf. Fairways are a bit narrow & not real plush but very playable. Greens were slow but I chalk that up to rain the day before and not able to cut them. The course conditions were pretty ok especially for the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, it has a good bones, challenging layout, not too long and great for a quick round of golf. Could it be better of course, could it be worse absolutely. I didn't fall in love with it but I certainly didn't hate it. I'll play it again and why not it's not but about a mile away. Give it a play...
