Great meal! Fresh and light options were tasty with an unsweetened ice tea.

7/5/25 update: The city has made some wonderful and significant improvements. Including a new pro shop, dining and indoor practice range, driving range lighting improvements, a brand new just opened short game area for bunker, pitching and chipping. The course is in very good shape, just played it. It could use a bit of mowing but I’m sure the rains affect that. The greens are on very good condition. The tee boxes could use a light grooming to look presentable. Overall great work! We played a round here on Sunday. I have not played here prior. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free small bucket of warm up balls prior to the round. The staff here was exceptionally nice. It was very windy during play. Be aware that there are a lot of water hazards on this course. While it is a bit shorter course and par 70, it is a very challenging layout. Most shots approaches need to be thought through before executing. If you are up for a good challenge, this is the place to be, the grounds were very well maintained. I look forward to returning soon. 8/23 update. They are building a new clubhouse and renovating the old one in to a banquet hall. It all looks great. Be aware when you finish no 9 you have to back track through the course to get back to the clubhouse as the cart path is closed from there forward.

Condition of the course is pretty good given all the rain we’ve gotten this summer but pretty much everything else was horrible. We had to skip 3 groups in order to finish under 5 hours. Marshal was driving around aimlessly sometimes in the way not pushing any type of ruling with pace. The design of the course is all very close together so we were almost hit 3 separate times. I play local cheap courses all over Houston and would rather play elsewhere because of these complaints. Won’t be back!

I have been going to Jersey meadows for many years before I moved. It’s been about 6 years since I last played here. This time it was for a tournament we call DOME. The entire staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating! The entire facility looked amazing. From the entry gates to the pro shop, bar and grill. Most importantly the course it’s self was in the best condition it’s ever been in. Could not be more pleased with what they have done to the entire place, well done Jersey meadows!! We will hopefully be having our tournament there next year!!!
