An incredible venue. Perhaps one of the most beautiful settings around. The architecture and ombiance os state of the art. This place is top-notch with excellent management, impressive service, great food, and the restrooms are as clean as I've ever seen. This entire facility / resort / events center is as classy as they get. An excellent place for any event, weddings, fundraisers, or large parties. The food is very good, and they also have a ton of parking as well as valet service. I definitely recommend this venue for anyone looking!

Lakeside regularly ignores city of Houston noise ordinances despite multiple complaints. Surely, all businesses should follow the law, no? Update. Yet again. Mowing trucks operating well before Houston quiet hours end. Another update: 6:35 am and there go the loud mowing equipment. Remember when Melania Trump wore the “I really don’t care, do u?” Jacket? That appears to be what Lakeside is saying. Update 3: yes, that is what they’re saying. It’s another day, 6:38 am, machines blasting. Update 4: and of course the machinery is out before 7 am. Another morning, another round of loud mowing well before the end of Houston quiet hours
