Beautiful area. Many new homes being built. I was showing a home built in 2020. I’ve seen that a lot lately. Home built in 2020 selling for $100k more in some areas. It’s nuts! Ran into a Realtor friend of mine. She was showing the same house! 🧐😆😍

Awesome links-style course with an incredible layout. Tall fescue framing holes, great sand in the traps, zoysia collars and tee boxes, bermuda greens. Everyone I bring to play is blown away by the layout.

As a realtor actively seeking homes for potential clients, I was excited to explore Grand Homes today. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The sales rep was unwelcoming and showed no interest in providing information about the community or available inventory. This was far from the professional, collaborative experience I’ve had with other builders. Given that I’m currently closing on a home not far from this community, I had high hopes but Grand Homes failed to deliver. It’s unfortunate because first impressions are everything in this business.

Gorgeous view, friendly staff, and great food. All my experiences here have been delightful and delectable. The tortilla soup is amongst the best I've had. Everyone is very courteous. The restaurant is a gem, I'm very happy to have it down the street in our community.
