As other's have stated recently, this course is in unplayable condition. We paid for the VIP experience and whoever owns this course should be absolutely ashamed that they are stealing this money with the current conditions. The tee boxes and fairways were nice. The greens are dead. Also, I'm not sure they've raked a bunker this year. I was looking forward to playing here as I know it's normally very nice. I gave it 1-star because you have to give a star and also the lunch and dinner were good. I will NEVER return, and I hope other's reading this review heed my advice.

Wish I could give this a better review but almost every green on this course was unplayable and in that condition I posted when I played in April. The reason why I’m leaving a review now is cause they now updated the site about the green conditions which wasn’t notated when our group booked this back at that time which was about $200 per person. With the amount the round costed you’d think they would offer some time of discount or something. Besides that note the course would be a way better review

Most things are great: the service, the food, the fairways. The few most important things are just unplayable: the tees, the greens. They've been like this for at least 2 years now. It's impossible to score. Very sad. Photos of #17 green attached: they're aerated, scalped, dyed, and sanded. It seems they should shut the course down over the winter and completely rebuild the greens. Not easy, but essential to make the course playable once again.

I was here for the History maker homes event. They have a very nice event hall. I love the food and staffs were so friendly. And of course loved the outdoor fireplace and sitting area. We should for the there for not only Gulf but also goods and drinks. Highly recommended

Bad way of doing business. Any reputable golf course will post it on their web site if the greens were in bad shape. Currently they are unplayable. The only disclaimer was by the Marshall on the first tee that the greens are not good but the grounds crew is working on them. Tee to green the course is in good shape. We ended up picking up the ball after two putts and walking off the green. NOT worth the effort and price!
