Got a quick round in here before flying out of town. Greens were in great shape! Fairways were a bit patchy but decent overall. Course staff was very accommodating. Rental clubs were a nice set: Taylormade Qi

Worst course conditions I've ever played. They said they're planning to close this course so I'm guessing they stopped putting any money into it a while back. Tees were bare or had weeds a foot tall... or both. Fairways were all but non-existent. Hard pan and dirt were far more prevalent than grass in fairways. Greens were less than stellar. I wouldn't play it again.

The only way this place could get one star is from the staff in the clubhouse and restaurant. The course itself is trash. They were still “attempting” to water the fairways at noon which and most fairways have mud pits and geysers from blown out irrigation lines which leads to other holes not watered and barren. Most putting greens are littered with weeds. Save your money and play somewhere else.

Well, it's really not that bad, 😂, yes, the condition is not as good as other courses, no matter it's their tee boxes, fairways, or greens, but I would sincerely give 3 stars to its scenary, as there's some holes, the design of the little pond and weeping willows, in the cold winter time, somehow it's romantic. Need to mention the wind mill between Hole 2&3 of Sunrise course, also Hole 10 of Sunset, the view to the green against the rows of trees and Franklin Mountain, bravo !!!

If you are looking for lessons this is a great place to start. Brent has given lessons to my son and I for the past few months and he has been great! We enjoyed this as our home course the last year while we have been in El Paso.
