Very cool and relaxing place the beautiful scenery of the lake. I went during the Fourth of July as well and they had a wonderful show over the lake definitely want to be more beautiful fourth of July's I've experienced.

Omgosh....I love kayaking down the Trinity River. So peaceful and pretty on most places. I utilize the Trinity every chance I get. Riding my bike, kayaking, walking....enjoying the duck pond or miniature train....

Nice, threw lines for 20 mins and enjoyed a few sand bass and yellow bass. Thanks to my Mr Crappie reel, 2# test, telescoping rod, and the yellow grub on a 1/8 white/red lead head.
