I really enjoyed the course layout. The holes were not bunched up together, going head to toe. However, it does appear that they are letting the quality slide. Greens had significant rot problems that reasonable solutions could be made. Price was good. Plenty of parking. Electric carts. Driving range not included in green fee. Challenging for me. Some houses had some serious damage from misadventure balls.

The golf course itself was ok. This was my first visit to this course and I took my son, daughter, and Son in-law there. 2 of them are inexperienced and there was 4 of us. We had a tee time of 2:30 but didn’t get to actually start until closer to 3. We had several single riders behind us that we let play through. At 6:50 the young man that worked at the course drove out where we had just finished hole 17 and very rudely informed us that we couldn’t finish the course, 1 more hole. There was still plenty of daylight and at no time were we ever told the carts had to be in by 7 which we may have still made. There were still several people playing and even though we complied, there were several that he allowed to play another hole. I brought this to the attention of the lady manager which didn’t really seam to care. I scout places all the time for my company to hold golf tournaments and was excited about this place until this altercation. Bottom line, I should have read reviews and realized this staff has several complaints. I will not be back and highly recommend finding a different course. In response to the owners reply: Your reply shows just what type of business you are. Please tell the truth if you're going to reply. Your "complaint" did not come from other golfers, it came from the young man i complained on. If he was having a bad day, own it. If he always has a bad attitude, that's on you. Either way, when he came by ready to go home, again at 6:50, my cart was parked PARTIALLY on the grass and cart path. I had pulled it off to the side so other folks could pass. We were not driving on those greens as stated and to say that there were complaints is a flat out lie. A simple apology would have been accepted but when i spoke to the lady manager, she could care less. As a manager and owner in the sales world, knowing how to treat customer is very key to repeat business. I would recommend you take this review as a learning experience on how to keep customers rather than fabricating something to try and redirect the balme.

I have been coming to RP to use their DR, putting green, and pitching range since Feb 2024. I am also a beginner, high handicapper and have enjoyed my instances at RP. My review on RP and my take on the negative/whining reviews: 1) this is a budget-friendly course. Budget-friendly locations come with their own issues, so adjust or go play in a higher-end course. Better yet, join a country club. 2) Learn to work with different personalities. Not everybody that works in service customer-related jobs have a bubbly personality. Be respectful, follow the rules, and enjoy the game. If not, we are blessed with many golf courses around us. Go find one.

6/19/25 8am tee time, started on hole 10 bc they were grinding trees down. Didn’t expect them to follow up half our holes so the loud noise was much appreciated. Then on 2 we were playing our approach shots and the guy just comes and cuts a new hole mid swing like what?! Overall 1-3/9-11 holes look great but rest of the course the fairways need cut and greens look better then the past no sand. Bunkers aren’t playable and tee boxes decent. If the price was $30-40 I would come back but $50-60 bucks I’ll go elsewhere. It’s getting better but still needs work. Maybe next time I’ll ask if they would be grinding down trees during our tee times.

The only good thing about this course is the clubhouse. And that’s still nothing special. Was forewarned about the green conditions, but still was not expecting them to be as bad as they were. Fairways were OK and tee boxes weren’t anything special either. Playing as a foursome we were approached early in the round by the Marshall to allow another foursome of members to jump ahead of us. Later in the round we were approached again by the Marshall telling us to pick up the pace of play. We played a four hour round of golf and that’s with letting one foursome group and a twosome group jump ahead of us along with the slow cart girls that also don’t sell liquor on the course which is something I’ve never heard of before.
