The hotel is nestled in a breathtaking location with stunning scenery that truly enhances the overall experience. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile, which made our stay feel welcoming. However, the rooms are in dire need of renovation. The restroom door in our room would only open halfway, making it inconvenient to use. The hair dryer plug had a short and appeared to be falling apart, posing a safety concern. The tile in the room is chipped and creates a hazard for your feet, requiring careful navigation to avoid injury. Additionally, the air conditioner did not work well, leaving the room feeling humid and warm. The restaurant experience was disappointing. Our order was messed up three times, which was frustrating. The menu lacks variety, offering limited options for guests. Most concerning, the food quality was subpar and lacked flavor, leaving much to be desired. Overall, while the beautiful surroundings and kind staff are highlights, the outdated rooms, hazardous tiling, and poor dining experience significantly detract from the stay. Improvements in these areas would make a huge difference.

The price does not reflect what you get with this resort. We ended up leaving early and ending our vacation after one night because the rooms were so bad. While the rooms are large/spacious, they are extremely outdated, dark, and felt unclean. The door to the bathroom offers zero privacy, has no way of locking, and did not open correctly. The tile around the toilet and tub had what looked to be black mold around it. There was no security top lock on the front door, luckily we felt very safe at the resort so we weren’t too concerned about this. My kids are sensitive to dust and mold and we’re unable to sleep at all, so ultimately we had to make the decision to end our trip early. Did not feel like a “resort” stay like they advertise. Walking paths between building have overgrown trees hanging very low causing difficulty to walk around. Specifically between building 2 and 1. Positive notes are that the views are great, staff was friendly, food was top notch, and the golf course was fantastic!

We attended my aunt's wedding yesterday, and unfortunately the experience wasn't great. They double booked the bridal sweet, so they weren't able to all get ready in the same area. The ceremony area wasn't finished decorating until myself and my sister went and said something 20 minutes before the ceremony. On top of that, they were supposed to serve buffet style dinner for 98 people. They played dinner, billed an up charge, and triple charged for each plate. I'm sure they will figure out how to correct this, but it was very stressful for the bride. The wait staff was friendly, but overall I'd avoid doing any important events here. Even with contracts in place, management and the facility missed the mark big time on fulfilling obligations. Many of the ones that did seem to get met were after extra effort from the family, and friends.

Worst resort experience and service ever! Room was very outdated. Called to ask for an extra bedding which they said will bring right away. 30 minutes later on checking back - says they are unable to reach any housekeeper to bring it and hence cannot provide the service. Lacked the very basic courtsey to atleast notify . Very unstaffed everywhere . Have a poolside bar but no bar -tender or anyone there to provide food or drinks. Both jacuzzis were not working. Did not even bother to turn on lights near the pool when it got dark. Server at restraunt didnt bother to mention that kitchen was closing to ensure if we needed anything more. Waited for about an hour outside restraunt for breakfast with kids after which they mentioned that they are understaffed and hence would be further delayed. Ended up having to go outside the resort to have breakfast. Very limited activities to do especially with kids. The only positive is the location and view. Will never return and will not recommend to anyone.

There is no housekeeping! The rooms are so dated, like the other reviews have said the showers have a little mold etc. There is no housekeeping, so you don’t get your trash emptied or fresh towels etc… the main building is lovely, but the rest of the ‘resort’ hasn’t been touched in 20 years. Everything is worn out except the main building. Scratchy towels, gross carpet in the rooms, etc.
