We’d like to extend our gratitude and thanks to Bobby Browne and his family and his entire staff out there at the Colo Vista Country Club we came out last weekend. We had a blast. My two sons and I want to extend a further thank you Bobby for being a great friend and a family member I’ve known you for a long time Better than 50 years and in my time and all the people that we know you’ve always done a great job managing being a general manager and a greenskeeper anywhere you have worked we’re looking forward to coming back out getting with y’all and having a Great game!! hasta la vista Bobby!!!

If you haven’t played here in the last 6 months you should. Front 9 is great links style and the back is built into the bluffs over the Colorado River. I challenge anyone to find a nicer tee shot in Texas than the par 3 15th at Colovista. They have done a ton of work to the course and it really shows.

I have always liked this course. I can see all of the hard work on improving the fairways and greens. Excellent job on making the course better. Very friendly staff. The only downside is the practice range has low grade outdoor carpet on concrete.

I took some of the guys from my Young Life group here for a round of golf, and they really enjoyed it! I spoke to Bruce on the phone multiple times for some issues I had, and he was so patient and kind. We ended up getting talked to by the Marshall for some of our ignorance of how they do things, but he was patient with us as well. Also hole 15 did not disappoint, one guy commented that it was the nicest hole he ever played on.
