Had a great time! The staff was incredibly polite and you could tell they take pride in what they do. I read a few reviews about the greens so I was hesitant at first. They were seeding the grass, the golf carts were quick and the trail was even fun to drive. Some stunning views of the Beauty of Bastrop. Attached a few pictures and videos to show what it looked like when I went! It just keeps getting greener and better every time!

Absolutely terrible. Fairways are half dirt. Greens are 90% weeds, full of ruts, and bare dirt. Completely unplayable course. And to charge $40 for this course is completely robbery. Fire the greens keeper, change management or do something. I’ve played on courses under renovation but they had the decency to severely discount their fees because of the quality. Not this place.

drove an hour and a half to play here after making a tee time a week in advance and no one mentioned the course was unplayable and i would need a hammer to put my tees in all 18 tee boxes! there was maybe two greens you could actually putt on… this course has so much potential but green fee should be 15 bucks for how little they care for it.. after making my tee time i asked if the greens were playable which the lady on the phone said yes and that was a lie the greens are rock and weeds with a lot of sand! do not play here it’s just a waste of money

This course is in terrible condition, fairways are random patchy grass areas. The rain runoff has really destroyed any resemblance of the fairways. All bunkers are full of grass and not playable. The greens are mainly just sand. Don't be fooled when you drive in and see holes 7, 8, 9. They are hiding the terrible condition of the rest of the course. Don't play here.

Course has potential, but tee boxes are mostly sand and greens are in rough shape. Fairways are a bit rough from old rain run off. The course does have some stunning views and you can tell they're working on it, given time, it should be pretty nice.
