Course doesn't drain well. Greens rolled great and i like the slight elevation changes. Will definitely play it again. PSA..Fix your divots!

Played today in the afternoon and was a quick round and it is a beautiful property, but that’s where the positives end. This course is in complete disrepair. I play golf 40+ times a year and have played every public course within 40 miles of the center of Houston and this is up there with the worst conditions I have ever seen. The “greens” have little to no grass…they are dirt patches. Bunkers completely unplayable, fairways torn up and not well kept. It is kind of laughable that they charge what they do. A $25 municipal course is in better condition. Place has potential because of the rolling hills and beautiful property, but the groundskeeper needs to be fired. My putts were taking like 1” hops consistently on every hole. Pretty pissed I drove 45 min for this place. Also, a final pet peeve…put it on the freaking website when the range is closed. Needless to say…I will not be back. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

Great course customer service was horrible first time there and the blonde lady at the front was rude. She made smart remarks for simple questions I asked. The course was also extremely over booked they ran out of carts by 11 a.m! Just poor management all around

Amazing course! Good conditions overall. 3 greens had many bare spots with no grass. Greens are cut too short, hard as a rock and faster than a hooker on payday! The layout is the best ive seen. Massive elevations on most holes make this course one of a kind and very fun to play. Rental carts are the best you'll find at any course! The carts have gps, digital scorecard and built in range finders. The pace is slowwwww.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I drive over an hour to play at this course because I usually enjoy it, but this visit was unacceptable. It took three hours just to play the front nine, which is unbelievable for a Tuesday morning. At first, I didn’t think much of it, but by the time I reached the 14th hole, I saw seven people teeing off at once. You would expect management to monitor pace of play, track carts, or send notifications to speed up groups—just like many other courses do—but that clearly wasn’t the case today. I ultimately left early because it was obvious the back nine would take far too long to finish. Overall, the lack of course management and pace-of-play oversight made this round incredibly frustrating.
