It is a pretty good course well maintained, but I highly recommend not becoming a member there because it’s a rip off. They will not give you your own cart for anything in the world even if there’s nobody on the golf course, they will lie and say because they have no cart and therefore if you want your own cart, they’ll charge you $15 which defeats the purpose of becoming a member. I would’ve kept my membership, but I canceled it. I would’ve still had it if there wasn’t so damn greedy anything for a buck buck buck!!!! Not mention everybody is so damn rude over there like everyone is pissed off for no good reason. The only cool guy there is a guy name (((Grant))) he is a gentleman everyone else especially the guy in the starter shack. The only thing they’re missing is boxing gloves.

New member and program is great for weekday golfers. But best experience has been the staff. Led by membership director Kelly, the squad at Cinco really does an amazing job at making the day to day very comfortable and fun. Well done Kelly!

The guy giving out the ball (Milton?) makes you feel like he’s doing you a favor ALL THE TIME! I showed up, scanned my badge, and just handed me an empty bucket and told me to go fill it up myself. RUDE!!! Saw him treat a young Asian lady very nicely after he treated me like garbage though. Could definitely use some customer service lessons.

It is interesting the staff in the pro shop are fantastic, welcoming, attentive and have a full service attitude. I am just coming back to golfing after recently retiring and they make you feel great about the experience. I am going to rate them very high but please do be advised as follows: If you read reviews, many of the one star ratings are regarding one particular employee that works outside the pro shop. I am not going to name the individual but they are spot on. It is true that they have one person there that they should fire that works at the ball handout hut. Most of the other staff that work the same job there are respectful and do their job well. Mr. one star does play his little mind games, has an attitude, and makes inappropriate jokes as well. I am surprised someone has not sent him for some emergency dental work. I will say that I totally agree with the folks that have complained. He has the ability to really put a cloud over what should be a completely positive experience. I do believe this place is overall very professional and rate it high. On my last visit, it seems like mr. one-star may have been coached.

Pros: Fairways and tee boxes were in good condition for this point in the season. Layout was nice, hard to find a flat surface, each hole was a new challenge. Practice green and driving range was nice. Staff was helpful and kind. Cons: Some of the greens needed some work, I understand it is early in the season but for $73 you cannot have bumps and sand on the greens. Pro shop staff was nice, but the cart person just rode past us with a nasty look on her face and didn’t even stop to ask us if we wanted something. I would have given 5 stars if not for this.
