First time here this week. The course condition was ok. A bit patchy on the greens, fairways were decent. The tee boxes could have had some clean up of all the broken tees. Bring out the tee vacume. Overall a good value. The course was challenging but not overly difficult. Pin placements were tough. Nice turtle show! Must have been wanting to be fed. As hot as it was, there could have been a few more water stations. The beverage cart only showed up 1x on front and too late #17 on back.

My first time on the course. Thought it was lovely. Greens were awesome. The round took about 4h20m. It was friday late morning/afternoon. I'd imagine it would take a bit longer on a busy saturday or sunday. But overall I thought it was great.

Anyone rating this course under 4 stars has not yet seen the new greens. Well-maintained, and very challenging. I like the tee boxes and the fairways, but mind you, it's hard to tell where to place the ball on some holes. I don't give it a 5 because it's not immaculate, it's very nice!

Yes, the new greens are fantastic! We had a fog delay on Saturday, so our 8:20a tee time turned into 9:30… that being said, with a stacked up first tee, we still played in around 4 hours. That’s outstanding on a Saturday! The course layout is challenging and interesting, but the tees and fairways were below average. My biggest issue is the audacity of Clear Creek GC to charge $83 for weekend green fees w/cart!! Especially when a public track that hosts a PGA Tour event (Memorial Park) is $63/ weekend green fees which includes cart and another Championship level course (Gus Wortham) is $58 w/e green fees w/ cart - are close by. Three if you count Timber Creek, which is right up the road with 27 holes, at about the same cost as CCGC. I get it, you have to recoup the cost of redoing those greens, but $83 dollars + $9 for a small bucket is outrageous!

I played 4 rounds here recently when the temporary "greens" were in place. It sucked pretty badly, but judging from the newly renovated greens, i knew i had to come play here once the new greens opened. The new greens opened on 10/1/25. Tee times were sold out until i was able to book a 1pm tee time on 10/3/25. The green fee went from $20 when the temp greens were in use, to near $80 now that the new greens were open! I thought that was high, but i wanted to play there, so i paid the fee. Pace on the course was unbelievably slow. Ive only been playing golf for 6 months, but practicing everyday has given me the ability to consistently shoot in the mid to low 80s, with occasional rounds in the high 70s. Most (80-90%) of the golfers here have no business playing on a course at their skill and knowledge level. I saw many golfers who needed at least 10 strokes per hole on every hole. That part would be somewhat tolerable if those players had even an inkling of a clue about course etiquette/manners. The course was jam packed both times ive played since the new greens opened. The starter makes everyone pair up in 3 & 4 somes. The way they force pairing up, while neglecting to consider people's skill level, made thŕe pace of play worse than ive ever endured anywhere. Took 5 hrs 45 mins to play 18 holes!!! Course is in good shape overall. New greens are medium to slow but in phenomenal condition. Green fees are about $20 too high for this course. Course would be enjoyable if the staff knew how to improve pace instead of slowing it down.
